- The jewelry is water resistant and can be showered with (except for gold filled jewelry or gold plated).
- Avoid direct contact with perfume, creams, lotions or other substances that may cause the jewelry damage.
- It is best to avoid exercise or sleeping with the jewelry.
- Do not store the jewelry in the bathroom due to the constant humidity.
- Do not store the jewelry in the box that came with it because the sponge causes them to oxidize.
- Do not enter the pool, sea, sulfur springs or the Dead Sea with the jewelry.

-14K Gold or Custom-Made Jewelry – Up to 14 business days.

-Self Pickup – From our studio in Binyamina | Available after production is complete, free of charge.
-International Shipping – Delivery times and rates vary by destination.

We want you to be completely happy with your jewelry
You can exchange an item in one of the following ways:
1. Visit our studio-
Address: HaRimonim, Binyamina
(Visits are by appointment only – please contact us in advance via WhatsApp or phone)
2. Home pickup & exchange service-
Send us a WhatsApp message at +972-58-636-8923 with your order number and the name of the item you’d like to exchange.
Our courier will deliver the new item and collect the previous one — for a service fee of ₪19.
For any additional exchange, the service fee is ₪35.
