Returns, Exchanges & Cancelations
1. Handling fee: Order cancellation is subject to a fee of 5% or ₪100 – whichever is lower.
2. Cancellation after dispatch: A full refund less shipping and 5% cancellation fee, provided the product is returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
3. Cancellation window: Up to 14 days from the product’s receipt (according to Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981).
4. Approval: Acceptance/rejection of returns is at the sole discretion of the Site Operator.
5. Debit (direct) cards: Refunds made by bank transfer.
6. Sets/bundles: Individual items purchased as part of a set cannot be returned unless defective and with prior approval.
7. Custom-made items: Items made to the Customer’s specifications (e.g., engravings/custom designs) cannot be canceled or returned under the law.
8. Exchanges: Allowed within 30 days of purchase.
