- Avoid direct contact with perfume, creams, lotions or other substances that may cause the jewelry damage.

- ⁠It is best to avoid exercise or sleeping with the jewelry.

- Do not store the jewelry in the bathroom due to the constant humidity.

- ⁠Do not store the jewelry in the box that came with it because the sponge causes them to oxidize.

- Do not enter the pool, sea, sulfur springs or the Dead Sea with the jewelry.

Send us a WhatsApp message at +972-58-636-8923 with your order number and the name of the item you’d like to exchange.
Our courier will deliver the new item and collect the previous one — for a service fee of ₪19.
For any additional exchange, the service fee is ₪35.
